Partner With Us
Partnering with Recovering the Image (RTI) Ministries is an invitation to participate in forming people, strengthening communities, and advancing Christ‑centered discipleship locally and globally.
What we do: We create communities through discipleship and send them to educate and disciple others.
Your partnership supports ministry that integrates recovery discipleship, theological education, counseling support, and mission, grounded in Scripture and the doctrine of the Image of God. This work addresses real human brokenness while equipping leaders and communities to serve faithfully in the Church and the world.
Why Partnership Matters
The needs we encounter—addiction, trauma, pastoral burnout, theological confusion, and under‑resourced ministry contexts—cannot be addressed through short‑term programs alone. They require patient discipleship, trained leadership, and long‑term presence.
Partnership allows this ministry to remain focused on people rather than projects, faithfulness rather than trends, and formation rather than quick outcomes. Financial and prayerful support create space for sustained recovery ministry, theological education, pastoral care, and mission work that multiplies over time.
What Your Partnership Supports
Partnership support advances ministry in several integrated areas:
Recovery discipleship through Celebrate Recovery and related ministries, providing a Christ‑centered framework for healing, repentance, and spiritual formation.
Care networks including pastor care (CPR), first responder support (CRFR), aftercare pathways, prison ministry partnerships, disaster recovery support, and sober‑living referrals.
Theological education and pastoral training through cohort‑based programs, seminary‑level instruction, curriculum development, and faculty training in the United States and internationally.
Global mission and education partnerships through Ethne Global Services, including ongoing work in Nicaragua, Colombia, Nigeria, and Southeast Asia, with a focus on equipping local leaders and strengthening indigenous churches.
Writing and publishing projects that serve the wider Church by integrating theology, recovery wisdom, Scripture, and pastoral care.
A Long-Term Approach
Recovering the Image Ministries is intentionally structured for sustainability. Rather than short‑term campaigns, the ministry operates with multi‑year planning and accountability, allowing leaders to serve consistently and communities to develop healthfully.
An annual partnership goal supports personnel, travel, scholarships for recovery and education, conferences, and pastoral equipping. This long‑range vision also includes leadership development and intentional succession planning so that the work continues faithfully into the future.
Partnership is not simply funding activity; it is investing in people who are formed in Christ and sent to disciple others.
Ways To Partner
Partners may support the ministry through prayer, financial giving, church partnership, or collaborative projects. Some partners invest broadly in the overall mission, while others designate support toward specific areas such as recovery ministry, pastoral education, international training, or scholarship assistance.
Churches and organizations may also partner through hosting training events, sending leaders for education, or collaborating in recovery ministry and pastoral care initiatives.
